We will need to access a NexGen machine. We will use ConnectWise to access and will need to identify the machines by their Windows computer name. On those machine(s), unattended access details will be send via email once the request is submitted including the client system requirements for ConnectWise. FTP mappings require an individual folder per site, and the credentials provided need to have full read, write, and delete access to their folder.

We will need to access to the RCS News server. We will use VNC or ConnectWise to access, and will need to identify the machines by their Windows computer name. On that machine, unattended access details will be send via email once the request is submitted including the client system requirements for ConnectWise.

We will need to access a NexGen machine. For WANcast mapping, we will also need access to the machine running STS\STSR (usually the database server). We will use ConnectWise to access and will need to identify the machines by their Windows computer name. Unattended access details will be send via email for those machine(s) once the request is submitted including the client system requirements for ConnectWise.
